L'Wren has been pouring drinks a block from Sunset Park since 2018. It's the kind of bar you come back to: a long wood bar, warm light, a bartender who remembers your order, and a cocktail list that changes with the seasons.
The food is built for sharing. Korean-style wings, sticky ribs, sliders, tostadas and chips with fresh guacamole, all made in-house and easy to pass around the table.
And on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, the room in the back turns into Sunset Park Comedy Club.

Live comedy in the back
L'Wren is home to Sunset Park Comedy Club, a stand-up room in the rear of the bar. Working New York comedians, tight sets, tickets from $12, and a real cocktail bar out front instead of a two-drink minimum.
Shows are Thursday and Friday at 8 PM and Saturday at 7 PM. Doors open 30 minutes before. Get here early, order at the bar, and bring your drink in.
